This Is Not A Martial Art... ...This is Reality Based Self Defense Training
REDZONE will be closed from December 21, 2011 until December 28, 2011 for the Christmas Weekend. There will be extra classes on December 13 and 20th, 2011 at 6pm and December 18th, 2011 at 12:00pm. There will be regular classes on December 31, 2011 at 12 noon and January 2, 2012 at 6pm.
Startring in January, 2012 the evening REDZONE Reality Based Self Defense and Combatives classes will be held at 6:30pm to 7:30pm. This will make room for a 30 min Cardio Conditioning and Kickboxing class from 6:00pm to 6:30pm. The drop in fee for the Cardio Conditioning and Kickboxing class will be $5 a class or $20 for 5 classes. The REDZONE evening classes are Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays and the afternoon self defense classes are 12:00pm, Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday.
As funny as this is this is...This should not be how you train to defend against a knife...Knife attacks are not something to laugh about.
REDZONE will be hosting a Reality Based Knife Defense Workshop on Saturday, January 28, 2012 and a Reality Based Women's Self Defense Workshop on Saturday, February 4, 2012 from 9:30am to 3:30pm (with a one hour lunch from 12 noon to 1:00pm). These workshops offer instruction from Krav Maga, KAPAP, Haganah, Commando Krav Maga, Jim Wagner Reality Based, Blauer PDR as well as Police and Military Combatives...These are NOT your typical martial arts knife or women's self defense classes...This is REAL LIFE Street Survival to defend against the increasing number of violent attacks that have been reported in the local media. These two workshops will address the growing number of sexual assaults, domestic violence, knife attacks against teens and stranger attacks.
