If the posted classes do not fit into your busy schedule contact REDZONE for one-on-one or small group (limit 4 persons) personal training sessions. Each one (1) hour session consists of cardio conflict conditioning that mirrors the natural body physiology and movements needed in a Real Life conflict. The techniques and tactics taught in these sessions are the same used by police, military and security professionals on a daily basis; this means what you learn really works. In addition, sessions include FEAR management, conflict mindset conditioning and insight into a the attacker’s criminal way of thinking.
